Enrollment Information
You can complete your 200hr Certification at Spirit Lab Yoga either of the following ways:
Complete both the 100hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and the 100hr Traditional Hot Yoga Teacher Training
Complete one of the 100hr Teacher Trainings in addition to two of the 50hr Modules, including:
50hr Burn LAB Pilates Teacher Training
50hr Energy Anatomy and Traditional Hot Training
Already 200hr Certified? You can use any of the above courses as Continuing Education Credits as well!
